If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can contact us at service@danceym.com.

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to send it back. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and enclosed in their original packaging with all labels intact.
  • The cost of returning the items will be responsibility of the customer.
  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your returns.
  • The refund will be processed back onto the original method of payment used for the purchase and can take up to 3-5 business days after your return has been received.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team at service@danceym.com and include a photo of the item.
