3. The measurement data you need to provide: Height, Shoulder width, Bust, Waist, Hips, Upper arm circumference, Wrist circumference, Sleeve length (from shoulder to wrist), Skirt length (From the shoulder to the ankle, measure the length you want)
Once you submit your order, we will ship it within 7-10 days. You will receive your order within 14-28 business days from the date that it is placed.
The customized product is specifically made to the measurements you provided, meaning no one else will be able to wear it. Therefore, we are unable to accept any returns on customized products. We are so sorry about that!
Before completing your order, please carefully check all your measurements related to the customization.
Order & Payment
Shopping at DANCEYM is easy. Simply follow the steps below.
1. Select the size, color or quantity.
2. Click on “ADD TO CART”/ ”BUY IT NOW”.
3. Click the CHECKOUT button to review the item(s) selected and make some modifications if necessary.
4. Apply your discount code if you have one. (if there is already an automatic discount applied, you cannot use the code.)
5. Complete shipping information and then click the CONTINUE button to complete the purchase.
To use your coupon code, add all of your items to your shopping cart and checkout. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”.
Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from DANCEYM. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.

We do not process any of your payment information. All payment related matters on DANCEYM are handled by Paypal.

If you wish to cancel your order after your payment, please Contact Us ASAP, within 12 hours if possible. This way we can cancel the order in time before it's packed and shipped. Once the order is shipped, it's usually too late for us to cancel.
Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on backorder.
This means that the items are currently out of stock but that there are shipments on their way to re-stock our warehouses.
Ordering an item that is currently on backorder is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it!

Our main fulfillment center is located in China.
In general, orders will need 1-3 business days of processing time and then 7-15 business days of shipping time.
Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 7-18 business days.
If you choose "Expedited Shipping", the normal speed is 3-6 days.
